War Dead is the first of several short stories I plan to publish over the next few months.
Joe Weird is the main character. The story takes place in France during World War One. It’s 1916 and the United States has not yet entered the war. Joe is a young American volunteer ambulance driver, but by the end of the story he is transformed into a pulp action hero.
